SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Both standard and express shipping options are available through the Australia Post e-Parcel network within Australia. Standard shipping will see your package arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days, with express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid-season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). If you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.
To calculate an estimated shipping cost for your purchase simply select ‘Shipping’ on the right-hand side when viewing each individual style and enter the delivery address in the fields provided.

Track My Order
Once received, all orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 3:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
We use DHL Global Mail International shipping services. Shipping timeframes vary depending on the Country you are purchasing from. Please note that the shipping timeframes do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of out control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, Hashtag Australia will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Hashtag Australia via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), HASHTAG AUSTRALIA reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 AUD for Australian orders and $10 AUD for international orders (standard international shipping).
Hashtag Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once HASHTAG AUSTRALIA has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. HASHTAG AUSTRALIA reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by HASHTAG AUSTRALIA will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that Hashtag Australia provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Hashtag Australia. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by HASHTAG AUSTRALIA. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your HASHTAG AUSTRALIA account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items to HASHTAG AUSTRALIA in order to organise alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and HASHTAG AUSTRALIA will not be held accountable.
All orders should be returned to the address below. If you require a street address, please email email@example.com with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to HASHTAG AUSTRALIA. HASHTAG AUSTRALIA will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
